Picking Your Order Up In-Store Is Easy!
Order online and pickup in-store. Our new order process is simple, easy, and convenient for you! Save time and money on shipping by visiting our Albany Avenue store in Hartford to pickup your school uniforms, medical scrubs, christening attire, and more!
During school uniform season, your order will be held for 3 MONTHS. Failure to pickup your in-store order within 3 MONTHS will result in your order being canceled.
How It Works
Once you have selected the items you want to purchase (and they are added to your shopping cart), simply complete the checkout process, choosing "Pickup In-Store" as your shipping method. Complete checkout by paying online for your order and when your order is ready for in-store pickup, we will notify you via email or phone. It' simple, easy and convenient!
Ordering an item with Embroidery? Orders typically take 3 to 4 weeks to complete during school uniform season.
Check My Order Status
When your order is ready for pickup, your order status will show "ready for pickup." To check your order status online click here:
You can also give us a call at (860) 461-1791 to check your order status and to arrange in-store pickup options that are convenient for you.
Please note: if your order is not picked up within 3 months your order will be cancelled.
Pickup Time Frames
Please allow 4 to 4 weeks during school uniform season (July, August, & September) to process your order if you have chosen to have embroidery on your clothing.
Orders are processed in the order they are received and unfortunately, we are unable to prioritize orders.

Orders are held for 3 months. Orders not picked up within 3 moths will be canceled.
