Policy on Returns and Exchanges

We understand that not all orders are perfect!  We will do our best to rectify any order issues you may have either over the phone, in store, or by requesting a return (see eligibility below).

Returns are simple:

  • If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of your purchase date (or pickup) with a receipt
  • Custom orders (embroidery other than school uniforms) are final sale
  • School uniforms are returnable within 14 days if they are not embroidered
  • School uniforms are returnable within 14 days if they are embroidered and not worn (original tags must not be removed from the clothing)

You must have your original receipt or your online order number / online receipt in order to receive a full refund.



Eligibility of Items for Return or Exchange

SCHOOL UNIFORMS

  • Embroidered school uniforms may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date you pickup your order
  • Non-embroidered school uniforms may be returned within 14 days
  • ALL UNIFORMS must be in like-new condition, unworn, and must still have the tags attached
  • All uniform returns must be accompanied by an original receipt

MEDICAL SUPPLIES

  • Medical supplies, stethoscopes, etc. are eligible for return within 14 days from the date you purchased it
  • All medical supply returns must be accompanied by an original receipt

MEDICAL UNIFORMS

  • Medical uniforms may be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase
  • All medical uniforms must be unworn, in like-new condition, un-washed, and must have their original product tags
  • All medical uniform returns must be accompanied by an original receipt

FOOTWEAR 

  • Footwear is eligible for return within 14 days
  • All footwear returns must be accompanied by an original receipt

CHRISTENING OUTFITS 

  • All christening outfit & christening footwear are returnable up to 14 days from the date of purchase or USPS delivery date.
